[CT Convention Info] Convention this weekend

 Greetings,

            Just a quick reminder that we are looking forward to seeing
all of you at our convention this weekend. A couple of things to
remember if you have purchased a banquet package (package a):

*         The banquet room doors will open at 4pm with the banquet
beginning at 4:30pm

*         You must be seated no later than 5:30pm in order to receive a
meal

*         The banquet ends at 7pm and we need to immediately reset the
room to accommodate the main meeting to follow so please assist us by
moving out of the banquet room no later than 7pm
